About the role

MaxOhr Technologies is seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven Growth & Strategic Partnerships Catalyst to expand its reach, build strategic relationships, attract opportunities, and accelerate growth. This role goes beyond traditional business development, focusing on connecting, communicating, identifying opportunities, and turning relationships into meaningful possibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with potential strategic partners, technology companies, institutions, and communities.
• Research and engage potential investors, sponsors, and funding opportunities, and support the creation of proposals.
• Generate new business by identifying customers for repair, refurbishment, and refabrication services and developing referral partnerships.
• Build relationships with content creators, media platforms, and industry voices to increase visibility.
• Continuously research new markets, partnerships, customers, and growth channels, tracking prospects and outcomes.
