Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

The Growth Marketing Manager is a full‑time remote role responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth across Pacten’s digital channels. This position involves developing and executing data‑driven growth strategies, managing multi‑channel campaigns, and continuously optimizing funnels from awareness through conversion and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven growth strategies across digital channels.
• Manage multi‑channel performance marketing campaigns and optimize funnels from awareness to conversion.
• Set up, track, and analyze key performance metrics and user behavior.
• Run experiments, A/B tests, and iterate based on results.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, nurture flows, and lead scoring models.
• Report actionable insights to leadership to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI‑focused products.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing and web analytics.
• Project management capability to coordinate cross‑functional experiments.
• Experience with marketing automation and lifecycle marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced, experimentation‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
