Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to help BxLight reach more U.S. parents and turn that attention into app users and paying subscribers. The role covers the full growth funnel—from audience discovery to conversion and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute a content and growth strategy for the U.S. market across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Research parent concerns, search behavior and content trends to identify outreach opportunities.
• Turn research into engaging BxLight content and test different hooks, formats, messaging and calls‑to‑action.
• Drive traffic to the app, increase downloads and sign‑ups, and monitor performance to refine strategy.
• Track key metrics (reach, traffic, installs, sign‑ups, usage, paid subscribers) and report on growth outcomes.
• Monitor competitors, repurpose high‑performing content, and support campaign creation that converts attention into revenue.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.
• Comfortable creating short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and similar platforms.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, with a data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
• Proactive, able to generate ideas without detailed instructions and interested in building a startup from the ground up.
• Experience marketing to a U.S. audience; experience with apps, SaaS, healthcare, wellness or parenting products is a plus.
