Growth Marketing Lead – Real Estate & PropTech

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own the strategy and numbers behind lead generation for Ramos Real Estate’s Dubai expansion and to build the go‑to‑market engine for Expert Listing, our proptech platform launching in Lagos. This role is focused on strategy, channel selection, budgeting and performance reporting rather than content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Set and own the growth strategy for Ramos Real Estate’s Dubai lead generation, including audience segmentation and channel mix.
• Define and execute the go‑to‑market plan for Expert Listing’s launch in Lagos, driving user acquisition for both renters/buyers and landlords/agents.
• Allocate budgets across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, SEO and property portals, and continuously optimise for cost‑per‑lead and conversion.
• Direct the digital marketer and creative team, set weekly priorities and ensure campaigns align with the strategy.
• Build and maintain the tracking and reporting layer to measure lead source, cost per lead, lead‑to‑close rate and ROI.
• Own the WhatsApp/CRM workflow to guarantee fast, consistent lead response and run weekly performance reviews.
• Develop cross‑business pipelines that link Dubai revenue to Expert Listing’s growth budget and promote audiences between the two brands.
