About the role
We are looking for a Growth / Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The role will be based in Lagos and reports to the Head of Marketing. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead digital marketing across SEO, paid ads, content, social media, and email campaigns.
- Build partnerships that expand reach and drive conversions.
- Track and optimize campaign performance for ROI.
- Align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in growth or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and performance marketing.
- Data‑driven mindset with creativity in brand building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
