Growth & Insights Lead

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and proactive Growth & Insights Lead to drive data‑informed growth at the intersection of growth, data, strategy, fundraising and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own KPIs across programs, fundraising and operations, build dashboards and prepare impact reports.
• Manage clean donor, beneficiary and partner databases, track donor lifecycle and support stewardship.
• Research high‑net‑worth donors, grants and corporate partners, monitor fundraising performance and assist with campaigns and proposals.
• Support strategic planning by designing trackers, SOPs and workflows, fixing bottlenecks and driving automation.
• Partner with the Founder to prepare presentations, board reports and handle confidential information.
• Champion a data‑driven culture and build scalable systems for long‑term growth.

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Management, Social Sciences or related field.
• 3‑6 years experience in growth, strategy, business operations, data analytics, fundraising or nonprofit management.
• Proven experience building dashboards, reports and databases from scratch.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio is a major advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, problem‑solving, communication and project management abilities.
