About the role
The Graduate Trainee position is based in Lagos Marina and offers exposure to multiple departments within the recruitment sector. You will receive intensive training, rotate across functions, and support senior staff in daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in intensive training and departmental rotations.
- Assist senior staff with daily operations and projects.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and support business development.
- Learn company policies, processes, and operational systems.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- HND in any relevant discipline (Minimum Second Class Lower / Lower Credit).
- 1 year of work experience, NYSC completed or currently serving.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and a good team player.
