About the role
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Trainee to join Nath Nail Academy Limited in Lagos. The position provides structured training and hands‑on experience across our retail and fashion operations, helping you build a solid foundation for a career in the industry.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in company‑organised training sessions, workshops and shadow experienced staff to learn departmental processes.
- Assist teams with daily administrative tasks, research, data collection and basic report preparation.
- Support cross‑functional projects, contribute ideas and help meet project deadlines.
- Prepare progress reports, maintain accurate documentation and present findings to supervisors when required.
Required profile
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- Strong willingness to learn, grow within the organisation and apply feedback.
- Good communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
