Graduate Trainee

About the role

The Graduate Trainee program offers recent graduates a structured learning experience across multiple business functions. You will rotate through departments such as Operations, Business Development, Customer Experience, Finance, and Risk & Compliance while gaining practical exposure to the fintech industry.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on‑the‑job training and structured learning sessions in various departments.
• Support day‑to‑day activities, projects, and initiatives within assigned teams.
• Conduct research, analyse data and present insights to aid decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute projects and meet business objectives.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation as required.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree from a recognised institution.
• 0–2 years of post‑graduate work experience.
• Completed NYSC.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
