Generated Content Reviewer

About the role

Tech Pipeline is seeking a Generated Content Reviewer to join its fully remote team. In this role you will be the final quality gate for automatically produced technical documentation, data mappings, and standard operating procedures that support our clients' operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Review automatically generated technical documents to confirm they accurately reflect the software configurations built by the team.
• Cross‑check data points from spreadsheets and CRM exports to ensure factual correctness of automated summaries.
• Identify and flag logical inconsistencies in reporting workflows before they reach stakeholders.
• Update internal databases with corrected content to improve future automation reliability.
• Write concise instructions for the technical team when recurring errors require system‑level fixes.
• Ensure all reviewed material follows internal formatting standards and uses appropriate business terminology for each client.

Required profile

• A methodical approach to reading technical information without losing focus.
• Strong attention to detail, able to spot a single incorrect data field or broken logical link.
• Comfort navigating business tools such as project management software and spreadsheets.
• Clear, direct writing skills to explain why information is incorrect.
• Preference for order and a desire to see work finished correctly.
