About the role
Total Data Limited is seeking an experienced, commercially driven General Manager to lead the organisation’s business operations in Nigeria. The role involves translating strategic direction into actionable plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational efficiency across all functions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategy and growth plans in partnership with the Managing Director.
- Lead business development initiatives, nurture client relationships, and identify new market opportunities.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, establish performance standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and profitability across service lines.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to department heads and staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience with at least 3–5 years in a senior management or leadership position.
