Full‑time Waiter/Waitress in Lagos Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Teestone Hotel and Apartment in Lagos. The role involves delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating and present menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently and check on guests during their meals.
• Process guest bills and handle payments accurately.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
• Assist with banquet, conference and special event services as required.
• Report guest complaints, incidents or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good personal grooming, professional appearance and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
