Full-time Live-in Nanny

About the role

We are seeking a caring and reliable full‑time nanny to join a family in Marina, Port Harcourt. The position is live‑in, offering a stable environment where you can provide daily supervision and support for the children’s growth and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily care and supervision in a safe, nurturing setting.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary requirements.
• Organise age‑appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Support homework, school‑related tasks and extracurricular schedules.
• Maintain clean and organised play areas, bedrooms and belongings.
• Accompany children to appointments, outings or school activities as needed.
• Administer basic first aid and respond to emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with parents about progress and daily activities.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• At least 24 months proven experience as a nanny, caregiver or similar role.
• Genuine love for children and strong childcare skills.
• Knowledge of child development and age‑appropriate activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Patient, trustworthy, dependable and physically fit.
• Willingness to live on the employer’s premises.
