Full Stack Engineer Facilitator (On-site, Lagos)

About the role

Techware Professional Services Ltd is seeking a Full Stack Engineer Facilitator to join its Lagos office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will design, develop and maintain both front‑end and back‑end components of enterprise applications, while guiding junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain front‑end interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Implement server‑side logic, integrate databases and ensure robust back‑end performance.
• Create end‑to‑end full‑stack solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product owners and QA, to deliver high‑quality software.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of active professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in front‑end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Proven ability to handle back‑end server‑side programming and database management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering scalable full‑stack applications.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and mentorship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in software development or full‑stack engineering are advantageous.
