Fuel Loading and Logistics Officer

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Fuel Loading and Logistics Officer to coordinate supply‑chain processes and ensure the efficient movement of AGO/fuel at our Ibeju Lekki site. The role involves planning, organizing and monitoring transportation, inventory and distribution activities while complying with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Track fuel movement, reconcile received versus dispatched volumes, and maintain accurate stock levels at storage facilities; collaborate with finance for invoice verification.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies, refinery regulations and loading safety protocols; conduct risk assessments and implement loss‑prevention measures.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly logistics reports, identify bottlenecks, and work with IT to optimise tracking software and automation tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in oil & gas logistics and loading operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate loading schedules, verify product quantities and maintain documentation.
• Strong stakeholder communication with refinery staff, transporters and regulatory bodies.
