Front Office Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Intern to join our Flawless Aesthetic Center in Abuja. The role supports the reception area, client communications and administrative tasks, providing a professional first impression for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and client inquiries.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders.
• Support client follow‑up after appointments and communicate promotions.
• Update client records, perform basic data entry and filing.
• Prepare routine reports and assist with CRM documentation.
• Provide basic information on treatments and services, directing technical questions to appropriate staff.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Clinical, Marketing and administrative teams.
• Participate in training and perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Lead.

Required profile

• NYSC Corps Member from Batch B, Stream 2 (2026) and eligible to commence NYSC placement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for data entry and email handling.
• Ability to use standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
