About the role
The Front Desk Representative will work full‑time on‑site at Starlight Transformation Consult in Igando, Lagos State. The role involves greeting visitors, handling client enquiries across phone, WhatsApp and social media, and supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to visitors and respond to client enquiries in person and online.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and social‑media queries, providing information about services.
- Follow up with prospective clients, maintain communication with leads and assist with client conversion.
- Maintain basic records and ensure smooth day‑to‑day office functioning.
Required profile
- OND, HND or BSc qualification.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Good organization, reliability and punctuality.
- Residence in Igando, Egan, Akesan or nearby areas; age 20‑30; female preference.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to navigate the internet and use social‑media platforms for client communication.
