About the role

We are seeking a friendly, courteous, and customer‑oriented waitress to join our hospitality team, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve guests efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining areas.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and promptly attend to their requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Process bills and payments accurately where required.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.
• Customer‑focused, honest, punctual, and attentive to details.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
