FP&A Senior Associate – Daily Banking

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Senior Associate to support our daily banking and deposit business. The role will partner with senior management and cross‑functional teams to drive disciplined financial planning, performance tracking, and data‑backed decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Create, validate and back‑test financial models; support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports; conduct profitability analysis by unit, product or region.
• Provide funding cost optimisation, liquidity management and ad‑hoc analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain complex models for scenario and sensitivity analysis; support M&A due diligence when needed.
• Improve financial planning processes through automation; develop reports using SQL, Power BI and Tableau.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of FP&A experience in the banking sector, focusing on deposits, savings or debit cards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
