Food Technologist & Operations Associate

About the role

The Food Technologist and Operations Associate oversees food manufacturing, quality assurance, processing and packaging at D'More Food & Spices. The role ensures products are made safely, uniformly and efficiently while following food safety regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily manufacturing tasks such as weighing, blending, packaging, labeling and general production operations.
• Perform quality checks on raw ingredients, items at each production stage, finished goods, packaging materials and storage conditions.
• Maintain production logs, batch records, inventory tracking and cleaning schedules.
• Support hygiene protocols, food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control.
• Help with production scheduling, inventory monitoring, equipment management and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to support food production and processing activities.
• Competence in quality checking of raw materials and finished products.
• Strong organization for keeping accurate production and inventory records.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices and GMP.
• Able to help with production planning and process improvement.
