Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations within a premium hospitality and lifestyle environment. The successful candidate will manage restaurants, bars, events and service delivery standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges and event services.
• Maintain high service quality, presentation, hygiene and guest experience standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor revenue, labour costs and operational expenses.
• Control purchasing, inventory, waste and cost‑control measures to improve margins.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, pricing and product quality.
• Lead and develop the F&B team through recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations and company standards.
• Prepare operational reports, analyse KPIs and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6–9 years of experience in food and beverage management within luxury hospitality, fine‑dining or private clubs.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams and delivering premium guest experiences.
• Strong background in cost control, budgeting and profitability analysis.
• Experience in event catering and private function management is an advantage.
• Professional, polished and customer‑focused attitude with a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hospitality management systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
