About the role
We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team as a Relationship Officer. The role involves generating leads, making sales calls, and meeting sales targets while handling customer interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and make sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints via phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in sales team meetings.
Required profile
- B.Sc/HND in any discipline.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Goal‑oriented attitude.
