About the role

The Finance Supervisor will oversee the company’s accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring accurate invoice processing, payroll computation, and timely financial reporting within the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including client and vendor invoices.
  • Utilize accounting software to perform core accounting functions.
  • Respond to internal and external account inquiries.
  • Ensure financial obligations are documented and presented for payment.
  • Review incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Prepare timely payroll and other financial commitments.
  • Conduct bank and cash account reconciliations.
  • Provide salary payment advice.
  • File monthly VAT accounts.
  • Prepare and pay statutory obligations.
  • Perform any other assigned financial duties.

Required profile

  • B.A. or B.Sc. in Finance and Accounting (M.Sc. advantageous).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar finance/accounting role.
  • Professional accounting certification (ACCA, ICAN, or equivalent).

Required skills

  • Proficiency with accounting software.
