Finance Reporting Officer

About the role

Finance Reporting Officer will be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate financial and management reports, analysing performance across products and channels, and supporting strategic decision‑making for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports, including P&L, balance‑sheet schedules and cash‑flow statements.
• Track business performance across products, partners, countries, payment channels and revenue lines, analysing transaction volumes, fees, commissions, margins and operating expenses.
• Monitor revenue and profitability by product, partner, merchant, channel and corridor.
• Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and variance analysis.
• Review bank, partner, merchant, wallet and settlement reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and presentations for the CEO, CFO and Management.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis for strategic and commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance, financial reporting, management accounting or financial analysis.
• Prior experience in a fintech, payment, remittance, bank or micro‑finance environment is strongly preferred.
