Finance Perspectives Rotational Development Program

About the role

The Finance Perspectives Program is Roche’s flagship global finance rotational development program. Over 2 to 2.5 years you will complete 4‑5 rotations across different business areas and geographies, gaining hands‑on experience in finance transformation, digitisation and analytics. The program is designed for early‑career finance professionals who want to accelerate their development and contribute to Roche’s mission in healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multiple finance rotations (4‑5) across global locations, including Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics and Group finance functions.
• Support finance transformation initiatives such as process digitisation, data management and advanced analytics projects.

Required profile

• Strong interest in a finance career within the healthcare industry.
• 3‑5 years of experience in finance, consulting, technology or related fields.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in Finance, Business, Data Science or Life Sciences.
• Full English proficiency and willingness to relocate internationally.
• Additional advantage: experience living in an emerging market, at least one year abroad, and exposure to digital or analytics innovation projects.
