Finance Manager – Manufacturing (Beverage)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, reporting and performance management within a beverage manufacturing environment. The role will drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial analysis to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision‑making.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports and management insights.
• Monitor operational costs, profitability and overall financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend improvements for financial efficiency.
• Support strategic planning through data‑driven financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Manage cash‑flow planning and working‑capital optimisation.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate external audits and support statutory reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically breweries.
• Background in financial forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling and business analysis.
• Previous experience in audit, financial advisory, transaction services, corporate finance or financial consulting (Big 4) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting systems.
• Financial modelling expertise.
