Finance and Accounts Manager

About the role

Primote Africa is seeking a Finance and Accounts Manager to lead full‑cycle accounting, financial reporting and cash‑flow management for its advertising and media platform.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Track and analyse revenue streams from platform usage, brand campaigns and commercial partnerships.
• Support pricing models, commercial contracts and financial aspects of brand and business deals.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Provide financial insights to leadership to guide investment in product, growth and operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional qualification preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including managerial responsibility.
• Experience in technology, SaaS or advertising/media businesses is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
