Position: Field Sales Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Lagos.

Salary: 150,000 + Commission

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote sales and ensure effective customer engagement and achievement of assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s products to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and prospective customers to convert sales.
• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct market visits and monitor customer needs and market trends.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions to customers.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market activities.
• Address customer concerns professionally and ensure good customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to improve sales performance.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree/OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.

* 1+ years' experience in sales or Marketing with supervisory experience preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

* Proven ability to work with and achieve sales targets.

* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Experience in electronics, appliances, technology, or consumer goods is an advantage.
