About the role
We are seeking energetic and confident individuals to join our e‑commerce team as Field Sales Officers. In this role you will promote our products, engage potential customers and drive sales within assigned locations.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the company’s products and services directly to potential customers.
- Identify and generate new leads within assigned locations.
- Engage prospective customers and convert leads into customers.
- Meet assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Submit regular reports on field activities and sales performance.
- Represent the company professionally in the field.
Required profile
- Minimum of SSCE; OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proactive, persuasive and results‑oriented.
