Field Sales Manager – Vape/FMCG (Lagos)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Field Sales Manager to lead our vape and FMCG distribution across Lagos. You will spend the majority of your time on the streets, building relationships with shops, clubs and market stalls, and driving sales growth for our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Spend ~80% of your time in the field visiting retail outlets, clubs and markets to open new accounts.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets across both retail and wholesale channels.
• Map and own your Lagos territory, identify competitor activity and ensure brand visibility.
• Maintain daily performance logs and report progress using Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with the wider team to align on promotions and stock availability.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of on‑field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage categories.
• Resident of Lagos with deep knowledge of local routes and market hubs.
• Hungry, resilient and able to turn “no” into “yes”.
• Flexible to work hours that match business needs.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for data entry and reporting.
