Field Officer or Internal Control Officer (Full-time)

About the role

Standard Life Organization is seeking motivated individuals to join its field operations and internal control teams across several locations in Nigeria. The positions are full‑time and involve direct engagement with members, business development, compliance monitoring and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective members or clients.
• Support member acquisition and business development activities.
• Conduct field visits, follow‑up with prospects and existing members.
• Provide accurate information about the organization’s products and services.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures and controls.
• Conduct routine operational checks and review transactions for compliance.
• Identify control weaknesses, irregularities and operational risks.
• Prepare and submit timely field or internal control reports.
• Achieve assigned operational, performance and compliance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: SSCE for Field Officer; B.Sc./HND for Internal Control Officer.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Basic computer literacy and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and relocate to any assigned location.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail and confidentiality (for ICO).
