Field Marketing Executive

About the role

The Field Marketing Executive will champion Alert Group’s solar product portfolio across Lagos, engaging directly with households, businesses and community groups. This role combines on‑the‑ground outreach, education and sales to drive adoption of clean energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote solar products through door‑to‑door visits, community events and local partnerships.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers, generate leads and convert them into sales to meet monthly targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the technical and financial benefits of solar solutions.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on activities, leads, sales performance and customer feedback.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new customers.

Required profile

• Minimum HND (Higher National Diploma) in a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in field marketing, direct sales or community outreach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
