About the role
The Field Marketer will engage directly with customers, collect data and generate new sales leads for Culate Wears. This role focuses on meeting sales targets, evaluating competitor activity and fostering strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
Key responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers and collect valuable data.
- Generate new sales leads and meet defined sales targets.
- Evaluate competitors' activities, track product placement and record stock levels.
- Foster positive connections with both old and new customers.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with a strong focus on meeting daily, weekly or monthly leads and sales targets.
- Willingness and physical stamina to visit locations regularly.
- Confidence and ability to work independently.
