Factory Supervisor

About the role

Primote Africa is seeking a proactive Factory Supervisor to lead daily production activities at its Marina facility in Lagos. You will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory production and workforce activities.
• Monitor machine operations and workflow efficiency.
• Enforce workplace safety and factory regulations.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
• Track raw material usage and minimise defects and waste.
• Train and guide factory workers on operational procedures.
• Prepare daily production and performance reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of equipment and the factory environment.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or furniture production.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
• Candidate must be below 35 years of age.
