About the role
The Facility Officer will oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of the office premises, ensuring a safe, clean and functional environment for staff.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation and maintenance of office facilities.
- Monitor utilities such as electricity, water, generator, and air‑conditioning.
- Conduct routine inspections and promptly address maintenance issues.
- Manage vendors, quotations, repairs and service schedules.
- Maintain records of assets, maintenance activities and service providers.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facility Management and Administration.
- Experience managing corporate office facilities (advantageous).
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
- Good knowledge of basic facility maintenance and safety procedures.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proactive, reliable, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
