Facility / Listing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Facility / Listing Manager to oversee office facilities and manage property listings for Brazen Properties Limited in Lagos. The role combines hands‑on facilities oversight with accurate, up‑to‑date real‑estate marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's office facilities, equipment, and property assets.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and servicing with vendors and technicians.
• Ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and compliant with safety standards.
• Create, upload, and manage property listings across various real‑estate platforms.
• Update property information, pricing, availability, and images to keep listings accurate.
• Maintain organized records of properties, facility maintenance, and inventory.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management or a related field (advantageous).
• Previous experience in facilities management, property management or real‑estate listings.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Professional, reliable and well‑presented demeanor.
