Expeditor – Food & Beverage Order Packing

About the role

We are looking for an Expeditor to accurately pack food and beverage orders for takeaway and delivery, ensuring they meet our service standards and hygiene requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Pack food and beverage orders according to tickets and service standards.
• Verify order completeness, presentation, and packaging quality before dispatch.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, runners, and delivery riders to maintain timely order flow.
• Label and organize takeaway and delivery orders correctly to avoid mix‑ups.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packing and expediting area.
• Report missing items, delays, or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and handling standards in line with hospitality regulations.
• Assist with basic inventory checks for packaging materials.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, kitchen support, or order‑packing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle multiple orders efficiently.
