About the role
We are seeking an Estate Surveyor to join our team in Lagos. The role involves conducting professional property valuations and supporting the management of commercial, residential and industrial assets.
Key responsibilities
- Perform formal property valuations for sales, acquisitions, taxation, mortgages, insurance and financial reporting.
- Analyse market trends, transaction data and rental yields to determine accurate property values.
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, including lease administration, rent collection and service charge management.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, repairs and manage vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with property laws, environmental standards and local regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar surveying or property valuation role.
