About the role

Join a remote contractor team that helps improve AI‑driven email personalization. You will evaluate AI‑generated replies using your own Gmail inbox as context, providing objective feedback that shapes future AI interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated email responses for relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate personalization.
• Compare multiple candidate responses and select the one that delivers the strongest overall experience.
• Identify unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, irrelevant recommendations, and subtle inconsistencies.
• Document judgments with clear, detailed, and well‑reasoned written feedback.
• Follow evaluation guidelines consistently while protecting privacy and maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong English (US) proficiency with the ability to evaluate nuanced written content.
• A primary personal @gmail.com account that is regularly used and contains at least 1,000 emails.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum two years of professional experience.
• Analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Desktop or laptop computer with reliable internet access.

What we offer

• Remote contractor assignment with an immediate start.
• 12‑ to 16‑week engagement, up to 40 hours per week.
• Compensation of $12 USD per hour.
