Education Officer – Nigeria

About the role

EIDU is seeking Education Officers to lead the rollout of its digital learning programs across public and private schools in Nigeria. The role involves close collaboration with local, state and federal education authorities to ensure successful implementation and long‑term sustainability of the program.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate teacher training, onboarding and continuous support for schools participating in the EIDU program.
• Provide training and ongoing assistance to government education officers on using the EIDU Field App and dashboards for planning, execution and reporting.
• Promote adoption of digital platforms by educators for lesson planning and student engagement.
• Act as a liaison between EIDU and state‑level education activities, representing the organization when needed.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with state government education officers to support teacher training initiatives.
• Compile and present progress reports to government officials and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Ability to work closely with government education officials at local, state and federal levels.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel to schools and government offices as needed.
