About the role
We are seeking an Early Years Educator to join Jewels Leading Lights Academy in Abuja. The role involves designing lesson plans, leading daily activities, and ensuring the wellbeing of children in the classroom.
Key responsibilities
- Create lesson and classroom instruction plans based on state‑approved and school‑approved curriculum.
- Lead daily social, learning, and physical activities for all children in assigned classes.
- Monitor children’s health and welfare during learning times, meals, restroom breaks, and nap times.
- Encourage and engage children to keep them active and involved in classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess in‑class and homework assignments and provide progress reports to parents.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- At least a degree in a related field.
