Distributor Partner Specialist - Impulse

About the role

The Distributor Partner Specialist – Impulse will drive Red Bull’s distribution and trade‑marketing execution across Lagos, ensuring partners meet performance targets and uphold Perfect Store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Distribution Partner (DP) in preparing and implementing the Trade Marketing Plan and Commercial Annex.
• Coach DP sales teams in‑classroom and in‑field to achieve execution excellence and KPI targets.
• Conduct regular market visits, perfect‑store audits, and field coaching, spending about 70% of time on‑site.
• Track, report and analyse key performance indicators, feeding data into Red Bull’s internal reporting processes.
• Lead monthly business review meetings with DP sales management using the DP Scorecard.
• Coordinate POS material ordering, storage, and cooler tracking, ensuring ROI and compliance with brand standards.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in consumer goods, preferably beverages.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Highly numerate, analytical and able to implement successful trade‑marketing plans.
• Fluent in English and knowledgeable about the off‑trade market in Lagos.
