Distributor Partner Specialist (Abuja)

About the role

The general purpose of this role is to ensure effective execution of Red Bull distribution and trade‑marketing targets through strong management of Distribution Partners in the assigned region. You will support business planning, develop trade‑marketing calendars and track key performance indicators to drive market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Distribution Partner (DP) in preparing and achieving trade‑marketing plans and commercial annexes.
• Coach and train DP sales teams on perfect‑store standards, product knowledge and execution excellence.
• Conduct regular market visits, perfect‑store audits and field coaching, spending about 70% of time in the field.
• Track performance against KPIs, prepare action plans and report to line manager.
• Supervise spot checks, provide feedback on trade agreement implementation and manage POS material logistics.

Required profile

• University degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably beverages.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of the Abuja market.
