About the role
SpringHire is seeking reliable Dispatch Riders to join its verified driver network and support multiple employers across Lagos. Riders will be matched with logistics, courier, e‑commerce, and other businesses based on experience and location.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parcels safely and on time.
- Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout each delivery.
- Keep accurate delivery records.
- Comply with all traffic and road safety regulations.
- Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition.
- Represent employers professionally.
Required profile
- Valid Nigerian rider’s licence.
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Strong communication skills.
- Honest, reliable and punctual.
- Previous dispatch riding experience is an advantage.
Required skills
- Google Maps navigation.
- GPS navigation.
