Dispatch Rider – Full‑time Delivery Role

About the role

The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering documents, parcels and other items across Lagos. You will ensure timely and safe deliveries while maintaining accurate records and vehicle condition.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, products and other items to customers, offices and designated locations.
• Plan efficient routes, confirm delivery addresses and obtain proof of delivery such as signatures.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage and fuel usage, and communicate any delays or issues to the office.
• Conduct routine checks on the motorcycle before and after assignments and report any mechanical problems.
• Comply with road traffic laws, company safety policies and maintain a professional attitude with customers.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification.
• At least 24 months of experience as a dispatch rider or similar delivery role.
• Valid Nigerian motorcycle licence and required vehicle documents.
• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations and strong time‑management skills.
• Physically fit, reliable, punctual and able to work in various weather conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Maps or other navigation applications.
• Basic motorcycle maintenance and safety checks.
