About the role
We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to drive customer acquisition for our digital financial products across Lagos and Abuja. The role focuses on generating leads, presenting product benefits, and achieving weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
- Generate new customer leads through networking, cold calling and digital channels.
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits to prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to product‑related inquiries.
- Maintain schedules, track leads and sales, and submit regular reports to the supervisor.
Required profile
- B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition, preferably in finance or credit.
- Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a results‑driven attitude.
