Digital Marketing Specialist (Onsite)

About the role

Offshore Dimensions Limited is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen its digital presence, generate qualified leads and support the company’s sales and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms.
• Generate qualified leads for engineering, industrial and oil & gas solutions.
• Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, email and the company website.
• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Support SEO, email marketing and website traffic growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, leads, conversions and ROAS.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve lead follow‑up and conversion.
• Manage the company’s online reputation and digital brand positioning.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, newsletters, presentations and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• HND or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management and lead generation.
• Practical experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager or similar advertising platforms.
• Strong content writing, communication and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, social media management and marketing analytics.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable results from previous campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales and management teams.
• Must be available to work full‑time and fully onsite in Bogije, Ibeju‑Lekki.
