Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimise online campaigns that promote artists, labels, and music releases across social media, digital streaming platforms and other digital channels. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Abuja, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and manage social media calendars.
• Run paid and organic campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google, and coordinate influencer and playlist promotions.
• Track performance using web analytics tools, prepare weekly campaign reports and refine targeting and messaging.
• Respond to inbound leads from ads, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and email, nurture prospects and close sales for courses and marketing services.
• Maintain a CRM or tracking sheet, submit daily KPI reports and provide weekly revenue breakdowns.
• Support social media content alignment and assist in creating follow‑up emails and funnel flows.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing or funnel‑based sales.
• Proven ability to generate, follow up and convert leads with strong communication and sales persuasion skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with urgency and maintain disciplined reporting.
