About the role
The Digital Marketing & Operations Associate will support Towal Technologies in driving its online presence, promoting products and ensuring smooth coordination of marketing and operational activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute day‑to‑day social media and digital marketing activities.
- Develop, schedule and publish engaging product, brand and corporate content.
- Support digital campaigns, product launches, promotions and market activations.
- Maintain accurate product information, digital assets and marketing materials.
- Monitor digital performance and prepare concise reports on engagement, reach, leads and campaign results.
- Coordinate routine sales, marketing and operational activities across the business.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in a related field.
