Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

Amara Medicare is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to enhance its online presence and drive growth in the healthcare sector. The role involves managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Amara Medicare’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create and coordinate reels, educational videos, and interviews, appearing on‑camera when needed.
• Improve the company’s online search visibility through SEO and Google Business Profiles.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and Instagram campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic, social media growth and engagement, and produce analytics reports.
• Collaborate with the customer‑care/front‑desk team to ensure digital leads are followed up.
• Work with clinicians and business development to translate services and stories into digital content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in digital marketing or a related role (up to 2 years).
• Graphic design and video‑editing abilities.
• Good understanding of SEO and Google Business Profiles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
